This Cancellation Policy explains how to cancel a paid Courier HQ subscription, when cancellation takes effect, and how cancellation differs from requesting a refund.
1. Cancel at any time
You may cancel your paid subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewal charges. There is no cancellation fee.
2. How to cancel
- Sign in to your Courier HQ account.
- Open Plans and billing frequency from Billing in the dashboard navigation.
- Select the option to cancel your current subscription.
- Review the effective date and confirm the cancellation.
If you cannot access your account, email support@courierhq.io from the email address associated with the account and request cancellation.
3. When cancellation takes effect
Unless the checkout or billing screen states otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. You may continue using paid features until that date. Afterward, the account will move to the available free level and paid features will end.
4. Charges after cancellation
After a cancellation is confirmed, Courier HQ will not charge another renewal for that subscription. Charges already initiated before the cancellation became effective may still be processed. Contact support promptly if you believe a charge was made after the effective date.
5. Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation does not automatically create a refund. Refund eligibility is governed by the Courier HQ Refund Policy. Eligible refund requests must be made within 3 calendar days of the applicable charge.
6. Annual subscriptions
Canceling an annual subscription prevents its next annual renewal. Access continues through the end of the paid annual term unless an eligible refund is approved under the Refund Policy.
7. Confirmation and records
Courier HQ may send a cancellation confirmation to the account email. Keep that confirmation for your records. You can contact support if the billing page does not show the expected cancellation status or end date.
